Scientific name: Limmophila aromatia
Rice Paddy herb has a flavor and aroma reminiscent of both lemon and cumin. It is used most often in Vietnamese cuisine, where it is called ngò om. It is an ingredient in Vietnamese sour soup, a sweet and sour seafood soup which also includes tamarind. In medicine, coriander braised used to treat kidney stones, as a diuretic and treatment of abdominal angina. Be used fresh cilantro or braised dried medicine.
